What is the Halton SEND Partnership?

Halton SEND Partnership is here for you – parents and carers of children and young people who have special educational needs and/or disability. Young people who have special educational needs and/or disability aged from 16 to 25 may also access the service.

They may choose to do this with the support of their parents/carers or independently.

If you need some advice, guidance or support on any issues that are affecting you or your child then we’re here to help.

We provide impartial and confidential information and support. We do not make decisions for parents or young people– we give you the information you need to be able to make your own, informed decisions.
