How can we help?
If you need advice, guidance or support on any SEND issues that are affecting you.
Parents of children with SEND or young people with SEND (age 16 to 25), can contact us if they need information advice and support about their education. We provide impartial and confidential information and support.
We do not make decisions for parents or young people, – we give you the information you need to be able to make your own, informed decisions.
Halton SEND Partnership is here for you - parents and carers of children, and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities.
Young people who have special educational needs and/or disability aged from 16 to 25 may also access the service. They may choose to do this with the support of their parents/carers or independently.
